Quotes and projects
Sending a request is free and does not commit you. A project starts only after you accept a written quote that sets the scope, timeline and price.

These terms apply to the use of cokitana.com and to the requests you send through it. Each project is then governed by its own quote or contract.
Payments
Payment plans (milestones or monthly installments) are agreed in the quote. Work on a milestone may pause if a payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
Once a project is fully paid, you own the deliverables made for you. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Referral program
The 20% commission applies to new clients only, is calculated on the services sold, and is paid once after the client has paid. We may decline a referral that is already in contact with us.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but its content is provided for information and may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably, then before the competent courts of Sfax.
