Cokitana Technologies (Route Mahdia, Sakiet Eddaier 3011, Sfax, Tunisia) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection.
Only what you send us through our forms: name, email, phone, company, project details and any files you attach (project brief or CV). We also keep basic technical data such as the page you came from and your IP address to prevent spam.
To answer your request, prepare a quote, process a referral or internship application, and send the newsletter if you subscribed. We never sell your data.
Only the Cokitana team. Data is stored on secure servers and shared with service providers (hosting, email, spam protection) only as needed to run the service.
Our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser silently when you send a form. Its use is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Project requests and referrals for up to 3 years after our last contact; internship applications for up to 1 year; newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@cokitana.com. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
We store your language and theme preferences in your browser. Analytics cookies are only used if enabled and you consent.
